Answers your work messages in your own voice

While you’re in a meeting, ScribeWise works through your Telegram work chats and drafts replies that sound like you: your words, your length, your tone. All that’s left is to tap “Send”.

  • Nothing goes out without your yes
  • Sees only your work chats
  • Open source

How many evenings a week go to “when will it be ready?”

Your evening goes to the unread pile

50–200 work messages a day, half of them the same questions: “when?”, “did you look?”, “can we jump on a call?”. You answer them after hours instead of switching off.

One forgotten promise costs more than a hundred replies

“Friday” in one chat, the same Friday in another. A client won’t remember how fast you replied. They’ll remember the missed deadline.

“Certainly! Here’s a reply:”

A ChatGPT reply gives itself away in the first line. People can tell you didn’t write it, and trust starts to slip.

Four steps in a bot chat, and the drafts write themselves

  1. Connect Telegram with a QR code

No phone number, no login code. ScribeWise signs in as one more of your devices, and you can remove it any time.

  2. Pick your work chats

It reads only those. Chats with family and friends stay yours alone.

  3. It learns your style

From your own messages over the last 6 months: tone, length, greetings, language. The import is deleted afterwards, keeping only a few examples.

  4. Reply with one tap

When someone writes, a ready draft is waiting in your bot chat. Send, edit, regenerate or reject in a second.

A secretary you can trust with your messages

Sounds like you, not like ChatGPT

ScribeWise has read six months of your messages. It knows when you say hello and when you get straight to the point, who gets “Dear Robert” and who gets “ok, will look :)”. So the drafts are fine to send as they are.

  • Up to 20 separate styles: for your manager, teammates and work groups
  • Notices what you keep fixing and suggests a style rule, applied only with your OK
  • A weekly refresh keeps up with how you write now and tells you what changed

You always have the final word

An auto-responder writes to your client without asking you. ScribeWise shows you the draft first and waits for your call. Replies go from your own account as ordinary messages, with no “sent by a bot” tags.

  • Send, edit, or ask for another version
  • Reject it and reply yourself
  • Auto-send for trusted chats and routine questions, when you decide Soon

Never promise the same Friday twice

The agent remembers what you promised, to whom and by when, in chats and in your Jira comments, and checks each draft against your Jira and Trello tasks. It answers “when will it be ready?” with the real deadline and flags a mismatch before you tap “Send”.

  • All your promises in one list
  • Marks drafts that commit you to something new
  • On “as we agreed”, it finds that conversation and shows what it used
  • Doesn’t know the answer? It leaves a gap for you instead of making it up

Stop being on call 24/7

A late-night message waits until morning and stays unread, so nobody knows you saw it. During the day the agent “reads” it after a couple of minutes, like a person would, not in a split second.

  • Working hours and time zone
  • A random delay, say 2–10 minutes
  • Several messages in a row get one draft

An auto-responder replies for you. ScribeWise replies as you

Telegram bots write to your clients on their own, from a script. Email assistants can write in your voice, but they don’t work in messengers. ScribeWise is the first to bring drafts in your voice to Telegram work chats, and the only one that checks them against your tasks and what you’ve already promised.

Your chats stay yours

We’re asking for access to something personal: your messages. So you don’t have to take our word for it. Here are the facts.

  • Connects as a second device

Remove it in Telegram under Settings → Devices. The agent’s session ends immediately.

  • Only the chats you pick

Messages from every other chat are never read or stored.

  • Encrypted, kept for 30 days

Messages are stored encrypted and deleted automatically after 30 days.

  • Open source

Check exactly what the agent does with your data, and run it in Docker on your own server with your own API key.

  • QR-code login

Connect without a phone number or login code: scan the code from a device where you’re already signed in to Telegram.

  • Your data, your call

/my_data shows and exports everything stored, and /delete_my_data wipes it and disconnects the agent.

FAQ

Why ScribeWise if Telegram already has AI?

Telegram’s built-in AI does different jobs. AI Styles rewrites text you’ve already written in a chosen style. Chat Automation connects a bot that answers people on its own.

ScribeWise drafts the reply to an incoming message for you, writes it the way you write, based on six months of your messages, and sends nothing without your approval. It also checks each reply against your promises and your Jira and Trello tasks.

Is it safe? Does the agent get full access to my account?

Technically, yes: ScribeWise signs in to Telegram as another of your devices, and Telegram doesn’t let a device see only some chats. So the limits live in the agent itself. It reads and stores only the chats you selected, encrypts messages and deletes them after 30 days.

You can switch it off any time in Telegram under Settings → Devices. The code is open, and the self-hosted version runs entirely on your server.

Can Telegram ban my account?

There is a risk, and we won’t hide it: Telegram is wary of automation on personal accounts. ScribeWise keeps it low where it can: no mass messaging, only your selected chats, human-paced replies, and nothing sent without your approval.

Will people know an AI drafted the reply?

Replies go from your account as ordinary messages, with no tags or signatures. And they sound like you, because the style comes from your own messages.

Which model writes the drafts, and where does my text go?

Drafts are written by Claude from Anthropic. To compose a reply, the conversation from your selected chats is sent to the model provider. Keep this in mind if your company has strict data rules.

With self-hosting you use your own API key and choose the provider yourself.

What if a draft isn’t right?

Tap “Edit” to fix it, “Regenerate” for a new version, or “Reject” and reply yourself. The agent never writes a word to anyone without your approval.

What language does it reply in?

Whatever you usually write in that chat. If you talk to one client in English and to your team in another language, the drafts follow suit.

How much does it cost?

The self-hosted version is free. The cloud version is in early access: beta testers will hear about terms and pricing first.
